We are looking to hiring an Administrative Assistant for permanent position locally. This is an office position with specific job responsibilities that involve: excellent customer service, phones, strong computer knowledge and skills. Additional qualifications should include, the ability to be a team player and as well as work independently.
Monday through Friday - days
Job Duties:
> Answering Phones
> Customer Service
> Keeping a high level of Confidentiality
> Record Keeping, data entry and File Organization
> Taking Applications and conducting interviews
> Data Entry- Enter applicants into our database, keeping notes
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* AT LEAST 1 year experience working in an office
* AT LEAST 3 years of Customer Service experience
* Math Skills
* Professional, Mature behavior
* Experience with Microsoft Office and EXCEL
* Ability to Multi-Task
* Ability to work in high-stress situations
* Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver license
