What You Will Do:

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Maintain high quality of customer service standards. Proactively address customer needs. Assist with maintaining traffic flow on campus. FEE COLLECTION: Recognize all types of validations. Appropriately charge the correct amount to customers and provide accurate change. MAINTENANCE: Perform cleaning functions as needed including but not limited to trash and debris. Inspect parking facilities and campus, and submit work request to manager for review and resolution. PARKING: Assess level of available parking spaces and keep manager informed. Assess level of repair of parking areas and report any deficiencies to manager. Monitor restricted parking areas and report any violations to manager.
