WP - Uniform Services - Laundry Attendant - Winter Seasonal - Part Time

Summary/Posting Description:Launder uniforms & other company-related laundry during 3-4 afternoon/evening shifts of 4-6 hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Spot treat, wash, dry & hang uniforms, linens & other clothing items.

Clean appliances & Laundry/Company Store per cleaning schedule.

Count & record linens, skirts & chef coats, uniforms, etc.

Personal Attributes:Reliable, trustworthy while working alone, self directed, organized, able to multi-task, good physical condition.

Physical Demands:Climbing ladders, lifting linens and clothing, ability to remain on feet and be constantly on the go for 4-6 hours at a time.

Education/Experience:18 years of age

Special Skills/Equipment:2-3 hours of training on use of laundry equipment, 4-5 hours of training on proper storage and handling of items laundered, 1-2 hours training on safety using ladders and chemical handling. Must speak English.
