Job Description:
We are currently seeking Base Area Guest Service Cashiers for our Base Area locations in town and on the mountain for the 17/18 winter season!
Full Time & Part Time Positions Available!
About the Position:
Base Area Guest Services Cashier:
Base Area Cashiers will exceed every guest expectation through exceptional guest service while ensuring a safe, friendly and easy parking experience for internal and external guests. Base Area Cashiers are responsible for collecting payments and monitoring all paid parking lots.
Additional responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Daily sale of all parking access.
- Detailed explanation of all parking products to guests.
- Detailed explanation of all general resort products and amenities including, but not limited to knowledge of bus service, ticketing prices and options, Ski and Ride School options, and many other guest services options.
- Produce neat, organized and accurate cash turn in and auditing reports- daily.
- Understand, and support department operations and company policies and procedures.
- Provide Exceptional Guest Service to our guests and fellow employees.
- Communicating with attendants in the lot as well as management about available parking

Qualifications:
- High School/GED- Required
- Two years of previous guest service experience- Preferred
- Previous cash handling experience- Preferred
- POS system experience - Preferred
- Ability to Work Weekends and Holidays- Required
- Language English
- Good verbal communication skills
