Front Desk Agent - The Seasons - Winter Seasonal - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:

• Preserve quality of Homeowner and Guest experience at Property
• Daily Front Office Operations... ie. faxing, scanning, billing, arranging services
• Scheduling Housekeeping, phone calls, computer projects
• Assist on site General Manager as needed
• Checking for arrivals and departures daily and updating Housekeeping report
• Pre-arrival and ongoing Guest contact
• Weekly inspection of high end Homes, Condos and Common Areas and preparing these for arrivals and checking after departure
• Scheduling and following up on Maintenance requests
• Concierge Duties
• Delivering packages and performing a multiple errands and tasks
• Picking up mail
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Fluent English - required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent - required
• Microsoft Office, Xcel, Word and other Basic Office Skills - required
• Must be able to multitask and work in a team atmosphere - required
• Must have valid US Driver's License - required
• Previous customer service experience - preferred
• College degree - highly preferred
• Must be a team player, enthusiastic, willing to learn, have great people skills - required
• Must be organized and able to multi-task, be patient and well mannered - required
• Must be able to work a Full Time schedule - required
• Must be able to commit to a full season beginning in December and ending in April - required
