Chef Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Unit Description

Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a Relief/Floating Chef Manager to join our team. The Relief/Floating Chef Manager will cover managers on vacation, workman's comp and FMLA for accounts in the Delaware/Maryland area.

The Relief/Floating Chef Manager will provide culinary or management support for the unit as necessary. The candidate should demonstrate strong culinary skills, retail and kitchen management, catering and daily financial management. Additional responsibilities will be hands on cooking, prepping, station cooking, full client interaction, ordering, UFS management which includes cash, AP and billing, hourly payroll and managing staff.

Position Summary

Responsible for the day to day execution of the menus & culinary deliverables. May be responsible for smaller units within a multi-location.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent

Basic Management Experience - 1 year
