Job # 66504 Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef (II) for GE Aviation in Cincinnati, Ohio . This is a HighProfile, CEO locationaccount where Sodexo provides dining services for multiple venues inmulti-sitesand 800K in catering sales. We havefive operating cafes and two micro markets, and the main cafe is a commissary kitchen that transports to other sites.
In t his role you willbe responsible for; training and developing 20 union & some non-union employees,daily kitchen management, food production, catering, recipe standards, inventory, on-line purchasing, menu planning,food & kitchen safety, staff schedules with union & management agreement contracts.

Formal Culinary Training and Servsafe Certified
Food production, meal presentation, catering; attention to detail
Experience; inventory management & on-line ordering; 2.5M
Financial skills for P&L reporting and budgeting
Skilled at creating and developing menus and pricing
Capable of training & developing union & non-union; 20 employees
Working knowledge of HACCP protocols for regulatory compliance
Ability to manage multiple and at times, competing priorities
Computer skills; financial, food & labor management systems
Experience with self audits for food and kitchen safety
Sodexo & Client Systems & Standards
Corporate Dining / Food Service Management experience is ideal

Position Summary
Provides culinary leadership within a medium sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
