About this job
Initiating the start of the customer relationship and serving as the first contact with the Home Office, this position makes telephone calls to applicants to verify all benefits applied for, payment information and all medical history. This position works in a fast-paced environment obtaining and providing accurate and detailed information using exemplary customer service skills to gain the customer s trust and confidence while meeting production requirements to ensure timely service.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
Bilingual very strongly preferred
Insurance knowledge a plus
Ability to:
Effectively work with individuals inside and outside company
Smoothly adjust to changing workload and procedures
Knowledge of basic office procedures and office equipment
Excellent spelling, grammar, communication skills, and phone etiquette
