Location: Wellness Center in NW Cary, NC
- Maintain a safe and inviting climbing experience to members
and guests
- Responsible for providing clear and direct orientations to
new climbers
- Help guide climbers of all skill levels through climbing challenges
- Lead and instruct small group classes following structured
class outlines
- Document and report any client concerns or equipment issues
to the Climbing Coordinator immediately
- Maintain member files and waiver forms
- Adhere to an assigned schedule given to you by Climbing
Coordinator
- Assist in route setting and wall maintenance
- Attend all necessary staff meetings and trainings as
required
- Promote the Climbing Programs and Classes offered.
- Additional duties as assigned by Climbing Coordinator.
High School diploma or GED
First Aid certificate within one (1) year from date of hire.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification within one
(1) year from date of hire.
Previous indoor climbing experience preferred.
