Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Job Description:
- The customer service and inventory control supervisor in responsible for supervising the inventory/shipping/logistics process
- Communicating with customers and handling any issues escalated from the customer service reps mostly pertaining to quality issues
- Working with invoicing, inventory, logistics, tracking and product delivery
Job Qualifications:
- 3+ year's previous manufacturing/Distribution/Logistics customer service experience
- Experience with Bill of Materials, Bill of Ladings, invoicing, inventory control, shipping, freight and logistics
- Experience being in front of an end customer
- Familiarity with OSHA, SQF (safe Quality Foods) or GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) preferred
- Must be able to lift 25lbs
