General Assembly

MUST HAVES:

• 6 month work experience
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to work on feet all day

Daily Duties:

• Work in the door plant and on the assembly line pounding glass, attaching handles, bolting frames, checking parts for quality, packing products, wiping down doors (looking for scratches and dents), etc.
• Cross train in several different areas that involve similar assembly skills.There are around 3 different stations they could work at: assembling door frames, packaging, or drilling.
• Will be on their feet all day long and must be comfortable twisting, leaning over, and using their arms and hands frequently. Many of the stations require using drills/hand tools or twisting parts or screws together.
• Work is fast paced.

Schedule Availability:

• Monday-Friday 7:00 am. to 3:30 pm.

or

• Monday-Friday 4:00 pm. to 12:30 am.
