A growing, well-established mortgage company in Central Phoenix (near the Biltmore area) is hiring a Bilingual Licensed Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) !!
The Loan Officer Assistant acts as the liaison between the Borrower, Loan Officer, and Underwriter.
Pay: $17-$22/hour base pay (Plus bonuses making annual income $110,000-150,000)
Qualifications for Licensed Loan Officer Assistant:
- Active NMLS and AZ State License
- 2+ years of experience as a Loan Coordinator/Loan Assistant/Loan Officer Assistant OR other mortgage experience (loan origination, loan processing, underwriting)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
