Architect

Aerotek Architecture is looking for an architect or architectural designer to join one of our clients in Alexandria, VA. This client is actively growing and needs an architect to take over most of the residential projects that they keep winning.

The candidate will be working as an architect working on all aspects of the project. The candidate will be starting at the schematic phase to doing construction administration.

Below is a breakdown of responsibilities:

- Design and create construction documents and permit drawings
- Develop and complete client deliverables
- Present to client and coordinate with vendors

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years experience as an architect on residential projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit and other rendering softwares
• Bachelors in Architecture
