Quality Technician - Full-time / Part-time

- Evaluates all batch and finished good samples per specifications.
- Evaluates all raw materials per specifications.
- Ensure all employees and products comply to GMP regulations.
- Spend time in the lab testing batch release and raw material samples for all dry food mixed goods.
- Run mostly sensory tests including taste testing and visual inspection.
- Will run samples for 3-5 batches per day on average.
- When product sample is a non-conforming material (doesn't meet specifications), will record in Excel spreadsheet and inventory management system on site (AS 400).
- Will also do granulation and salt analysis testing.
- Work with the production people as well as the quality lead with issues in production.
