About this job

A large company in the Automotive Industry has an immediate opening for an HR Executive Assistant to join their team.

This person will be assisting the HR Manager with employee training and facilitating. They will be scheduling hundreds of employees for annual training, producing certifications, and other documentations and filings. They will be using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, as well as other Employee Personnel programs.

Must Have:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent years of HR/Training experience OR experience in an Executive Admin role
  • 1+ year of experience in Microsoft Outlook
  • 1+ year of new start and on-boarding experience

Would be Nice:

  • Experience in Manufacturing and/or the Automotive Industry

Standard work week is M-F 8-5 with some OT required
