About this job
Assemblers will be working on a moving assembly line assisting in building the Hyundai Elantra, Sonata, and Santa Fe. Team Members will be required to understand their SWIS sheets outlining processes and then to perform their process adhering to production goals and HMMA quality standards. Performing assembly processes will require them to operate multiple types of hand tools as well as performing manual assembly. They will be required to perform their process in a tact time of every 40-50 seconds. Also, they will be responsible for performing quality control checks to ensure that assembled parts are correct. They will also be required to always abide by HMMA PPE and Safety standards on a daily basis. Team Members will be required to be efficient in processes as well as reliable with consistently reporting to work in accordance to their required schedule.
