Customer Service Agent

Job Description:

-Responsible for promoting Good Sam Extended Service Plan
-Placing 100+ outbound calls per day and transferring qualified leads to available licensed sales agents
-Qualifying leads based off of requirements prior to transferring to the sales staff

Work Environment:

-Hours are Monday - Friday between 7 AM and 7 PM (need to be available for an 8 hour shift within this time frame) and on Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM.
-They will rotate weekends so they will work every other Saturday
-This is a 3 month contract-to-hire

-The company has a gym that anyone can use for free (including contractors)
-They do pot lucks, food trucks, cook outs, etc. every month to keep employees engaged
-They also have a break room with fountain drinks, coffee, sparking water for free
-When they are FTE's if they have 100% attendance every quarter they can receive $200

Qualification:

-High School Diploma required
-Looking for someone with at least 1 year of lead generation, sales and/or call center experience
-Seeking someone with previous outbound call experience
