QA Inspector

In-process manufacturing and packaging inspection
Finished product inspections and release of Finished Packaged Product
Release and labor posting of Finished Product in Syspro
Certificate of Manufacture creation
Daily GMP inspections and reports
Provide assistance to the QA Inspector Supervisor and QA Manager with respect to investigation of Non-Conformance Reports and Complaints
Provide assistance to the Senior QA Inspectors and QA Manager with respect to following through on corrective actions
Label review as required
Monitor environmental temperature and humidity
Track daily output
Track SOPs as required
Follow and adhere to all given instructions including work procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
Strictly adhere to and observe all safety policies as outlined in the company policies and training sessions
Responsible for ensuring staff follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as other work procedures and company policies
