Architect Drafter (Revit) - Full-time / Part-time

Multiple Immediate Drafter Opportunities

Must Haves
* 1+ year of experience in architectural drafting for buildings in the US
* 1+ year of experience working in Revit (has to be experience within a year)
* Technical School Certification/Degree

Knowledge needed to be successful:
* Corporate buildings / interiors (for example curtain wall)
* Core & shell of a building

Job Description:
This is a production drafting role that will be working strictly in Revit to assist the architecture team in producing drawing sets.

Day to Day / Responsibilities:
* Take hand sketches or AutoCAD sketches and convert them into the Revit program
* Working as a member of the design team in a collaborative and hands on environment to develop, organize and produce drafting/modeling documentation in Revit (and in rare instances AutoCAD)
* Initially layout the project sheets, develop key graphic components (floor plans, roof plans, elevations, sections, details, etc.) and assist in coordination of production and delivery of all final response product.
* Ensure that information is communicated clearly, accurately and in a visual appealing manner and in alignment with the firm's overall brand
* Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures

Other:
* Will work on 2 to 3 projects at a time
* Other projects will be involved with - corporate facilities, commercial buildings, research labs / tech centers, academic institutions (k to 12 and higher ed), and municipal governments
