Currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for a call center in Daleville, Indiana!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Person will answer customer questions regarding deposits, loans, transactions, online banking questions. They will also help customers with disputes and questions about cards being declined.
MUST HAVE:
- HS Diploma/GED equivalent
- open shift availability
- willing to submit to credit check
SCHEDULE:
- M-F, 11am-8pm **every other Saturday for 4 hours/will have 4 hours off during the week**
