HIRING FOR A PROJECT COORDINATOR

Aerotek is hiring a field project coordinator for a property restoration company in Yakima, WA.

The Field Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning and directing construction activities, as well as heavy client interaction (onsite and the office). This company is the World's largest disaster recovery and property restoration company.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Plan & direct constructions activities
• Perform job walks with the estimator, customer and crew
• Take pictures of construction progress and communicate changes
• Process and track RFI's, submittals and additional documentation
• Supervise all personnel and phases of construction
• Oversee performance of trade partners
• Manage Inspection process & customer relations
• Assist in the maintenance of a clean job site
• Conflict resolution
• Oversee and manage crews
• Scheduling
• Heavy Client Interaction
• Administer construction contracts for obtaining all necessary permits & licenses
• Perform final walkthroughs with customers on project completion

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalency
• 1+ years of construction administration experience
• Software proficiency required: Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook (Adobe PDF skills preferred)
• Experience within a trade highly preferred, not required
• Ability to manage the progress of multiple jobs at the time
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Drug, Background and Driving history required upon accepting an offer

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Compensation includes: $20-22/hr, company vehicle, company phone, gas card, insurance

• Work schedule is 40-50 hours a week depending the job

• Most work completed Monday-Friday, but candidate required to be on-call for emergencies
