Summary

Aerotek is currently looking for an experienced customer service representative to come and work within one of the leading third party call centers in the area. We are looking for someone with experience speaking with customers, taking order information, and entering into the database.

Description

  • Handle high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Enter order information into the database
  • Educate customers on product information

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 years customer service experience
  • Proficient within Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to navigate between multiple computer screens

Details

Shift: M-TH: 12:00pm-9:00pm; Fri: 11:00am-8:00pm

*Training Schedule: M-TH 9:00am-6:00pm; Fri: 11:00am-7:00pm

Compensation: $12.00 per hour

($13 an hour upon going permanent with the company)
