Description of Customer Service Rep:

Company provides financing opportunities for multiple retailers. Seeking people people who want a career with a fast growing, well-established company. In addition to hourly wage, associates are eligible to earn commission, based on collection efforts.

Associates are responsible to provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers, and perform soft outbound collection calls. Employees must be able to maintain confidential information, work productively, and contribute to a successful team atmosphere.
