Buyer - Full-time / Part-time

1. Purchasing and Materials Support: Reviews and enters purchase requisitions for production and non‐production items into the system. Monitors delivery status and expedites purchase orders as necessary. Maintains the accuracy of all MRO Purchasing Orders in Enterprise One.
2. Supplier Management: Reviews and manages existing suppliers' performance to meet the company standards. Responsible for monitoring on‐time delivery, cost savings, lead‐time reduction and quality levels.
3. Cost Reduction Projects: Contributes to researching and investigating cost reduction opportunities for assigned projects. May Identify and qualify new sources of supply for existing components and subassemblies.
4. Supplier Visits: Visits existing and potential suppliers at their facilities to develop working relationships and access capabilities. Completes required trip documentation.
5. Financial Reporting: Reviews and publishes monthly purchasing activity and financial reports for assigned suppliers.
