About this job
This person will be designing in the field of Automatic Fire Sprinklers. You will need to prepare permits and shop drawings, hydraulic calculations and equipment submittals, as well as perform field visits, and attend project coordination meetings.
A solid understanding of AutoCAD and AutoSprink is required. The design aspect of fire sprinkler systems is the plumbing/piping specifically and NOT the electrical. All design work is for the interior of buildings.
It would be preferrable to have NICET III Certification. There is one design opportunity open, and one project manager/trainer opportunity. The PM/trainer could be paid up to $45/hr, and must have 5yrs of experience in AutoSprink design of fire suppression systems.
