About this job

Customer Care Representative

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Employees will be responsible for answering in-coming phone calls supporting the end-user policy holders for customer support: updating contact information, bio information, billing information, beneficiary information, etc.
  • Employees will average 30-40 phone calls per day (up to 45-50 phone calls per day for high performing employees)
  • Average Handle Time for calls is around 6-8 minutes
  • Responsible for updating the customer's information & needs within their databases

Start Date: November 1st, 2017 (Wednesday)

Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Some Saturday mornings will be required (every 2-3 weeks)
