Industrial Maintenance and Facilities Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment as well as maintenance around the facility.

Shift:
1st Shift - 7am-3:30pm / Monday-Friday

Must Have:

• Preventative Maintenance
• Facilities Experience
• Production Equipment Experience

* 5 years' experience in equipment or facilities maintenance
* Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing
* Maintain calibrated equipment traceability and fill out paperwork on time and completely.
* Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production equipment
* Perform equipment preventative maintenance on time
* Support manufacturing to minimize equipment downtime. Equipment that cannot be fixed or diagnose in a day must notify the supervisor. (they call the manufacture if a machine can't be fixed)
* Act as the primary contact for any building issues, work closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
* Perform basic electrical work and determine when an electrician is needed
* Hang pictures and shelving if need be
* Maintain a safe environment
