A leading manufacturing company in South Beloit, IL is growing rapidly and is on the hunt for an experienced and bilingual individual to add to their customer service and data entry team! This role includes, but is not limited to; entering orders into the internal database, communicating with customers via phone and email, and completing various customer service duties. They are looking for someone who has the following:
- At least 3 years experience of a customer service role within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with telephone and email etiquette
- Computer knowledge of all general office duties
- Bilingual in Spanish
This position is Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm and pays $13/hr.
