Job Description/Requirements:
Perform Assembly of Aluminum truck racks using hand and power tools. Must work off blueprints and read a tape measure for detailed lengths. Work Environment: Fabrication/Assembly shop with trucks being retrofitted with aluminum truck gates.4 employees in the production dept. Qualifications:
2-5 years of Mechanical Assembly experience.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Blueprint reading.
Utilize hand and power tools to cut, trim, and assemble custom aluminum parts.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Performance Expectations: 1st week/month-Ability to assemble a work order from start to finish with little supervision.Best Vs Average-Individuals who can troubleshoot within a project and come up with solutions/ideas.
