Forklift Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Company in Albany is looking for a qualified candidate who will PRIMARILY be driving very large forklifts.

Job Description:

The fundamental purpose of the Forklift Operator (Sawyer) position is to operate a large Forklift, receive, store, cut, ship engineered wood products (EWP) according to schedules and specifications.

Will responsible for operating a Combilift (20+k lbs. forklift which features 4 wheels that can all rotate 90 degree so the machine can operate/move sideways similar to a crab) to receive, stock and store wood products as long as 60ft in length (Trusses, etc.).

Each forklift has a chainsaw on-board which operators will utilize to cut product to customers specifications. Operator will be responsible for measuring product to specified length and accurately cut product to meet order requirements.

Every Combi-lift has a computer on-board which Operators utilize to access SAP program containing inventory, work orders, etc.
