Concrete Polisher

We are hiring for a contractor that does interior concrete finishing and polishing. This job would be year around with no layoffs. Typical daily duties would be:

Meet at office in Des Moines or meet at job site
Concrete has already been poured, crew brought in to polish floor and lay final coat
Edging using a hand grinder
Polishing concrete using a concrete polisher machine (sit on)
Work in crews of 1-4
Go over floor 7 times before completed
Projects are:
Shopping Centers
Hyvee
Office Buildings
Apartment buildings
