Call Center Representitive

Job Description: The contractors will be working in a call center taking calls from a que. These are intercepted calls from people seeking a doctor. They job is to try gathering demographic information from the callers and they are scored according to their ability to do so. Work Environment: Call center environment....one of the nicest call centers in Madison. Qualifications: Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Great tenure at past jobs (Minimum of 2 years at a position)
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and written
- Computer proficient
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to show attention to detail
- Must be able to type 35 WPM
- High School Diploma

Nice:
- Any excel experience (will be doing basic data entry)
- Any other computer programs is a plus
- Any experience in a call center environment
- Experience working off of a script
- Experience working in a high performance metrics environment
- Experience working at a position where their quality was checked on a consistent basis
- Any healthcare background
