About this job

The re-order specialist is expected to have in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the sales and customer service departments. Re-order specialist will call designated sales representative's schedule of reorders each day then put orders in SAGE CRM.
* Call designated schedule each day for reorders.
* Meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
* Plan and prioritize reorder activities and customer contact toward achieving agreed business aims.
* Use customer contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
* Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
* Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
* Put orders in SAGE CRM
* Verify and input all correct customer information into SAGE CRM.
* Input notes and communications to SAGE CRM.
* Assist customers in a timely and consistent manner.
* Meet daily call goal of 80 outbound calls.
* Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer regarding order status and product questions.
* Set customer up with Lab confirmation services.
* Assist customer in finding and ordering associated products and or services.
* Assist customers in adjusting or replacing products when items are out of stock.
* Processes customer orders to established department policies and procedures.

Working schedule is M-F and hours are 8am - 5pm
