About this job
Hiring Lab Technicians to work on-site at a premier manufacturing company. Lab Technicians will monitor all aspects of production and work in a laboratory setting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Open to working full time and overnight shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong literacy abilities and experience in a laboratory setting.
- Bachelors of Biology or Chemistry is preferred.
- Must have an Associate's degree.
POSITION DETAILS
- Test materials in a laboratory setting for quality assurance.
- Inspect incoming ingredients and packaging material for conformance to product specifications.
- Submit ingredient samples from current and new suppliers to approved labs for authenticity and pesticide analysis.
- Audit blending operation for conformance to process and packaging specifications.
- Audit production for conformance to process and package specifications.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Location : Deland, FL
- Start Date : September 2017
- Shift/Hours : Monday - Friday (potential Saturday shift) must be flexible to work an overnight shift.
