About this job

We are looking for Call Center Agents for one of our health care clients here in the Rancho Cordova area.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Healthcare Experience
  • Previous Call Center experience
  • Phone Experience

Job Description:

  • Answer phones and provide information to callers; 80 calls minimum; best candidates are taking 120 calls a day. Average call length is 4 minutes.
  • Schedule appointments; between provider, offices, physicians, etc.
  • Copy and shred as directed;
  • Provide general administrative support (i.e. typing, filing, etc.) to supervisor and department
  • Use of EHR NextGen
  • Remind patients of upcoming appointments;
  • May facilitate new patient registration;
  • May receive and process fees or credit card payments prior to client appointments;
  • Determine client/patient eligibility
