Job Description

  • Heavy travel role, will work 50 hours on weeks on travel, and normal schedule when back home
  • Must be able to use a tablet/stylus in the field to enter data. Paper/pen in the field with data entry at night means 12-14 hr days, loss of quality, and failure to meet schedule. I can't express how important this is to be able to use a tablet effectively
  • General Traits: Quick learner. Driven. Team Player (I call assessments a team sport because you are 1 of 5 people and have a single goal each day.) Ability to work well with others.
  • Must be able to handle the physical requirements. 10-15k steps a day is normal. Lots of ladders/stairs
  • Must be able to follow our processes and rules
  • Must take pride in capturing quality data and being part of a team

Key difference makers when selecting assessors:

  • BUILDER experience. If someone has experience with this program this would be an awesome find
  • Military experience
  • Facility management experience/specific discipline experience (outlined below)
  • If located in Omaha/San Antonio/Charlotte
  • These need to be engineers-it-training (EIT's), BIM modelers, or PE's
