Production Associate/Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

Openings on all shifts, but high preference for 2nd and 3rd shift


* Perform electro-mechanical assembly work
* Must be able to work from complex and detailed manufacturing documentation and/or verbal and written instructions and specialized fixtures/test equipment
* Assemblers are also responsible for quality activities, including self inspection and bad parts
* Responsible for ensuring a thorough understanding of the OK Start Quality checklist, OK Start Safety checklist and workstation work instructions (WI) before beginning production
* Escalates deviations, bad parts and/ or problems to technicians and engineers (as applicable). Communicates suggestions for improvement on the regular basis to embrace the Continuous Improvement (CI) methodology
* Abide by 5S standards, participate in 5S activities and maintain a clean workplace
* Prepare equipment for transfer to the customer including; but not limited to, packaging
* Ensure excellent communication with the team and the Production Supervisor
