Medical Biller

There are 4,000 claims that need to be collected that are back logged.

Day to day: inbound and outbound calls following up on claims. Will speak with payers as well as physicians. Will track progress within Excel. This person must have excellent customer service and experience with collections. Collections experience is important because they will make collections calls.
