About this job

We are hiring for Call Center Representative for a Health care Call Center. In this role selected employees are responsible for the following:

Daily duties

  • Speak with patients to verify insurance coverage and provide insight.
  • Determine what is covered by insurance plan and what providers and in network.
  • Providing quality customer service and one call resolution for customers.
  • Utilizing resources and ensuring accuracy when speaking with candidates.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Relevant customer service experience.
  • Selected candidates must be willing to submit to a drug test and a background check.
