We are now hiring for general labor workers at reputable production company in Chattanooga, TN. This is a career oriented opportunity that offers extensive training and the opportunity to earn a full time position with a great company.
The position consists of operating a transfer station in a food grade FDA facility. Product will be loaded in rail cars and employees are required to hook up the necessary equipment to extract the product and transfer it into a dry van trailer. This job is physical, but it also requires attention to detail to ensure safety and quality. The main duties include walking, heavy lifting, use of tools, and documentation.
Pay: $12 per hour / $18 per hour for overtime. After the 6 month contract pay becomes $14.00 per hour with continual growth opportunities.
Shift: Weekends
Friday 6am to 630pm
Saturday 6am to 630pm
Sunday 6am to 630pm
Monday 6pm to 630am (Night Shift)
Employees are scheduled for 48 hours which includes 4-12 hour shifts. Overtime is available up to 70 hours weekly.

Qualifications:
- Good work history including physical labor
- Ability to lift up to 65lbs
- Ability to be on foot for up to 12 hours
- Physical ability to climb stairs repeatedly
- Open to working overtime (Must be willing to work 48 hours or more per week)
