Benefit Services Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client management (clients ranging in size from 20 employees to 100 employees)

Management of 7-14 clients at a time

In charge of collections- must make outbound calls to clients.

Dealing with all levels of:
Working directly with Carriers, Brokers, C-Level etc., individuals

Manual work, running multiple databases, data comparisons, data audits, etc.

Covering clients in Central, Mountain, and West Coast time zones

Qualifications:

• Savvy with Excel (V Lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Microsoft office suite
• Bilingual in English/ Spanish is a plus
• MUST BE COMFORTABLE MAKING OUTBOUND CALLS AND TAKING INBOUND CALLS.
