About this job

Job duties include -
- Taking inbound calls, 50 plus calls daily from customers regarding anything product related. Will be helping customers troubleshoot problems with products. (65% of their day).
-Responsible for working within Microsoft Office and through their internal system (Power-links) to update customer information.(25% of their day)
-Will perform small clerical tasks with projects including faxing, filing, data entry, scanning, etc.
-Will be the main point of contact between dealers and customers. Handle all customer related and troubleshooting related questions.
-Will work within RightNow to log and track all customer issues that arise
-Will respond to customer complaints via email. ( Much less than phone work )

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • 1+ years of customer service call center or relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word)
  • High School Diploma
