Weekend: 7am to 5pm

Job Description:

Customer Service position handling inbound and outbound calls. Answering questions and handling issues regarding planholder's electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning that are covered by warranty. Getting updates and following up with technicians/contractors and communicating that to the customer. This can include customer inquiries and validation on account info/settings.
