About this job

In this role, candidates will be responsible for making 50-60 outbound calls per day to current customers to perform account management. They will be responsible for checking in with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their products and to see if they'd like to place any additional orders. Candidates will also be responsible for following up with leads and setting meetings for the outside sales reps. This person will not be doing any cold calling or trying to break any new accounts, they will just be managing an existing territory and trying to grow the current accounts. The end users of these products are terminal cancer patients and doctors, so it's critical that our candidate is very patient and sympathetic. Additionally, this candidate will also be responsible for re-activating any former accounts and saturating each account. Some of the accounts this person will be managing/selling to are doctor's offices (very few), but the vast majority of customers they will have are the actual end users of the products.
