Debug/Test Technician

Flex in North Austin is currently seeking qualified individuals for technician openings on first and second shift.

This is a great opportunity for a contract to hire position with competitive pay, paid holiday, and benefits (medical,dental, and vision).

Candidate MUST HAVE previous functional troubleshoot and debug experience on Complex-Multi-Board PCBA Assemblies, with skill at troubleshooting down to the component level, and be able to work in a high-volume, fast paced manufacturing environment with strict On-Time Delivery and Quality standards.

May be required to sit or stand for 8 hour shift (except breaks and lunches), and need to be able to get up-and-down on a regular basis, must be able to lift, push, pull, bend, twist, will be required to perform work tasks that require manual dexterity, repetitive tasks, and good vision, must be able to work as part of a team, must be able to work under time constraints, may be required to move between multiple jobs within the same shift as business requirements dictate.
