Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Comply with all the safety, quality, and procedure requirements
- Must be a self-starter, well organized, able to work both independently and as a team member, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assisting production staff to ensure production goals are met.
- You will perform assembly and labor duties and perform periodic quality checks to ensure parts are in specification
- Work alongside changeover and maintenance crews to achieve production output goals by minimizing downtime.
