About this job
The Customer Service Advisor will be taking incoming calls from patients, doctors or nurses. This person has to be able to trouble shoot where the patient is based on their monitors or set off alarms if the monitors are not responding. Main duties would be to answering incoming calls and email correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service or call center experience
- Ability to type 40 WPM
