The Qualification Assurance Lead is responsible for the creation and execution of a project plan.

The Qualification Assurance Lead will provide technical team leadership of qualification resources and oversee the teams as they perform the validation of all the features and infrastructure across the connected services platforms. Connected services include websites, email notifications, SMS notifications, in vehicle apps, call centers, handset apps and remote features, etc.

The Qualification Assurance Lead will direct the team, while ensuring high quality of features and systems. This also includes reviewing and coaching direct reports to ensure time lines align with specified launch criteria and vehicle launch schedules. This position will lead the transferring of qualification knowledge to all global regions Connected Services Engineering teams and over-see the test plan and test case creation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience working with testing tools (LoadRunner, Performance Center, QTP, etc.)
  • A thorough and deep knowledge of software QA design and methodologies. Must have the ability to apply knowledge and experience in solving problems that are complex in scope and require in-depth evaluation.
  • The ability to set priorities and drive results, and track and monitor progress.
