About this job
Collections Specialists will be coaching borrowers how to get back on track with their payments. They will have to navigate on a computer while talking with borrowers on the phone. They will be working with borrowers, taking payments over the phone, setting up payment plans or taking appropriate next steps to clear past due accounts.
Must Haves for the Positions:
6 mo. collections experience
1 year of customer service
Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel experience
Other skills that will be helpful for the position:
Microsoft Outlook experience
Must be helpful and have the ability to be resourceful on the internet
Standard work week is M-F 8-5PM, 1 Saturday per month.
