Production Operator (CZI)

This Production Operator position involves operating multiple machines and processes at a time, utilizing strong attention to detail, time management and multitasking skills, monitoring machine progress with multiple machines being at different stages of the process.

The position will primarily take place within a ventilated and climate controlled semi-cleanroom environment, requiring only a hairnet, safety glasses and partial cleanroom suit. For certain tasks however, operators will be required to work in full cleanroom PPE including hooded cleanroom suit with hairnet, safety glasses, face mask, and latex gloves, along with heavier protective apron and gloves. Some exposure to hazardous chemicals will be involved in this area.

It is routinely required to lift and manipulate 25 lbs. of material throughout the day, loading and unloading the machinery.

Must be able to stand or be walking for extended periods of time and able to work a 12-hour shift.

Basic computer skills are necessary, including basic proficiency with email and Microsoft Excel. Certain tasks will involve a lot of data entry and analysis.

Must be organized, willing and ready to learn and be trained, and able to work well with others as part of a team.

This is a 12-hour Day Shift position, 6am to 6pm, on a compressed workweek schedule, with required work every other weekend and overtime as needed.
